Recipe

  • 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use Life Shake)

  • 1/2 tea maple extract

  • ~6 tablespoons milk of choice (I love almond)

  • 1 handful of sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s)

Start with vanilla protein powder in a bowl, add maple extract and a few tablespoons of milk and mix with a fork. Continue adding milk until you reach the right consistency. (For protein balls, make it a little dryer). Lastly - add chocolate chips! Enjoy!
