What is a wellness coach?
Someone who empowers you to become the best you that you can be.
I was once limited by physical handicaps that kept me from enjoying life and stole my joy. That is how wellness became my passion. I live to free others from limitations that hold us down and crush us mentally, spiritually, and physically.
Education, experience, knowledge, wisdom, and faith are the core of my life coaching style. Wellness is a journey that you don’t have to make alone. I am part of a team with extensive experience in health, nutrition, and physical fitness to draw from as a means to guide you. Together, we can reach your goals.

One of the biggest reasons that our metabolism slows down is the steady decrease in lean muscle mass that begins in our 20’s. By middle age, we are losing 1/2 - 1 pound per year of lean muscle with progressively higher loss as we age if we are not consuming enough protein and/or not engaging in resistance training.
